"Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. "The beach area is nice with plenty of loungers and gazebos. They have a bar and restaurant there which serves good seafood. The hotel rooms are a little tired, I would say 4 star not 5 as they have paper cups in the rooms not glasses or cups. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with juices and water. "This is a beautiful Tuscany experience. Very small property perched on a hill, very well appointed and large rooms, gorgeous views, beautiful surrounding vineyards for endless walking, spectacular pool, ultra-foodie restaurant. One warning, do not recommend this if anyone in the party gets carsick. It is far off the beaten track, with lots of curvy roads, and a considerable amount of gravel roads."

"We had a great week. Lovely house and pool. Friendly owners. Quite remote and distant drom prime locations (Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa and Florence most an hour or more away,) however there are amenities closeby. Nice private appartments."

Staff always went out of their way to make our stay special, turndown and cleaning service was great, bfast buffet was 10/10, and property is just stunning. We also did the cooking class on property which was awesome and the hotel also set up a wine tour for us and it was great to be shown small family wineries. Such a jem of a hotel, I hope we can come back soon! "

"If you are going to Siena and Tuscany, this property is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful house surrounded by beautiful views of the countryside. It has everything you need for your stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful. And don’t forget to have Kati prepare a meal for you as an option they provide. It was wonderful. We had an amazing time and are taking away even more amazing memories of this property and our time in Tuscany. "

"Beach side property. We rented a small villa. The villa was great. We were able to dine indoors or on the patio. The beach is well kept and we had access to chairs and parasol. This resort is made for a relaxing vacation "

"We had a wonderful stay at Gitavillage. There are big play ground for kids. The facility is very big. Best is the private beach with free umbrellas. The beach is quite big and sandy. Was very quite. Highly recommend the place and will definitely stay here if we come back to this area. "

"Mieliśmy bardzo udany listopadowy pobyt w cichym, czystym i cieplym miejscu , pośród toskańskiej przyrody,, z dala od miejskiego hałasu który mamy na codzień mieszkając w dużym mieście. Jedyne czego się obawialiśmy tylko że będzie trudno znaleźć domek, jako że przejeżdżaliśmy późno wieczorem ale mapy prowadziły doskonale a sama posiadłość była oświetlona i nie było w związku z tym żadnych problemów z trafieniem tam"

"The staff were kind, positive, pleasant and will to help. A person in my travel party arrived in the breakfast hall only a few minutes before closing time. Rather than just start closing up a staff member was kind enough to ask us if we needed more time. Consequently, the breakfast was presented well and was very well rounded with a great assortment of hot and cold options. They have large elevators, underground parking, and many other amenities that a modern hotel should have. Finally, I noticed that a number of the teams that often place in the middle/lower tier teams of the Italy professional league have chosen/choose to stay in this hotel, so I’m certain it’s been vetted extensively. I know where I will go next time I’m in Grosetto."
