"Lovely staff and very clean, I was on the ground floor and noise was no issue. Good bath/shower. My only complaint would be the softness of the mattress/pillows being too hard but still got enough rest!"

"Good stay - on the Saturday the breakfast service was extremely slow probably due to not enough staff as there were considerably more on Sunday and Monday. Otherwise meals were good."

"Delightful young lady on reception in the afternoon Made us welcome. Explained how to find lift, and where to find the restaurant. Booked us a taxi for our evening out. She was still on duty when we returned that night, and at breakfast next day. Still friendly and cheerful. Friendly staff on duty in the restaurant at breakfast. "

"Very professional staff. Convenient for an early flight as the hotel is basically in the parking lot of the airport. If staying longer a park and ride is across from the hotel so you can explore Norwich with out having to drive. "

"The history of the property and its quietness and closeness to the train station were factors. We were happy with the accommodation as well as the speed of room service."
