No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "

Location about a mile walk to the old town square. We drove to the Mojano lot due to our son with special needs (8 minute drive). It was clean and we loved the old school coffee pot to make our espresso in the morning. "Our stay at San Giovanni del Pantano was truly perfect! The villa was exactly as shown and the location was perfect for easy day trips. Rolando was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had. Alyona was there to greet us and always available throughout our stay. The house is beautiful and full of charm! We enjoyed the pool and it’s stunning views and look forward to returning for a longer stay!"
