"Took my teenagers to an NBA game and decided to stay at Westin.. it says it’s a 5 minute walk to Fed Ex Forum but it is more like 30 seconds.. great surprise! Nice hotel but one of the elevators was having issues and caused a huge line to form and we were told the stairs only led to a second floor elevator.. and we were told there were stairs on the other side of the building but we weren’t allowed to use them…there was a lady standing at the stairs telling everyone to turn around wait on the...

"This is my first time staying at Laqnita. I normally do Hilton properties but I was very surprised how nice the room was. I always book a room with sofa anf although the sofa sits low the room was just very nice. I had to do some work while there and the desk was spacious. I will definitely stay with this property again and this location again."

"We check in and get to our room and we had no water, go down to front desk they said yeah the whole hotel doesn’t have water. Which was inconvenient because we couldn’t get ready at the hotel. Cool hotel tho kinda crappy they didn’t offer to do anything for the inconvenience of no water though. "

"Our stay at “Cottage in the Woods” was wonderful!! We hope to always book “The Cottage” when heading to Memphis. The hosts were wonderful and responsive in every way. It was great to be kinda like out in the country but able to get into Memphis in less than 30 minutes! The Cottage was clean, roomy and, comfortable.
