"First of all, we had a "sea view" cottage. But with no view of the sea. When I told a staffer that the AC wasn't working, he said "that's the way it's always been" The bathroom and shower were disgusting, with rusting handles for the shower, and the shower and the toilet in the same space. Towels were old and worn. And there was something on the floor that made it slippery; no idea what. This would be luxury accommodations only in Venezuela or North Korea, and maybe not the latter....

"Staff is over the top friendly, rooms are clean , great location away from main side of island where it is extremely crowded and loud by only ten minutes walk. If you are going to Gilli t you must stay here"
