"It is a single house converted to small hotel. No staff. Everything is very old but clean. Only a window AC unit for heating and works very slow. You need to figure out how to use it. It shuts off during the day and your room temperature is 56F when you are back at evening. It is very uncomfortable in Seattle wet, windy and cold later fall. "

"This is a lovely home very carefully thought out to make guests feel welcome and well cared for. The owners are available by text to help if you have an issue (we did not but they promptly welcomed us when we told them we had arrived and told us to feel free to contact them anytime). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and both panoramic windows and a deck to enjoy them. We stayed with another couple for 2 nights. All four of us were very happy!"

"Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above."

"A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. "I crave the water but live in the desert. Renting the Shamrockin for a water experience was an excellent decision. The location is 10/10!
