"The host was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. The room was clean, as well as the common spaces, they were clean and comfortable. The house is right across from a bus stop, which was super convenient since I used public transport during my stay, and it was only a 5-10 min ride either direction to get to restaurants or shops or downtown. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is wanting to visit Seattle!"

"Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above."
