"Room was clean and tidy. Staff was especially friendly and helpful with any issues. I bought a celebration package for my wife which included robes in the room, breakfast in bed, and a romantic candlelit dinner by the beach. Amenities were plentiful and we had all that we needed. Food was delicious. Would recommend. "

"The hotel was not so far from the airport, it was nicer to check-in late and the staff was so welcoming. The whole process was qick and easy. Our room was clean, Muhammad who was in charge of our block was so welcoming and looked after us. All pools was clean and lots of activities planned by the entertainment crew. "It was the 1st time for me to try rixos chains but definitely it will not be the last. The hotel facilities and services is perfect. The stuff was very helpful and the room was clean and tidy. The shuttle bus is fast every 5 to 10 mins there is a shuttle bus. You don't need to wait along to find a place in the shuttle bus. "Our third stay at Sunrise Holidays and as ever everything was excellent. Staff are exceptional, always a great selection of food, and everything is always clean and tidy. "In all the years that I have been travelling to Egypt, I have never met such kind, caring and friendly staff at all levels. The food was good with plenty of variety, the accommodation although somewhat dated in places was excellent in those that have been updated. The crowning glory is the wonderful flat sandy beach with good cover from lifeguards and beach attendants. There was no shortage of sunbeds, so no need to be up at dawn to reserve."

"The property is a bit ran down, rooms are clean however the bathroom water smelled extremely bad in my room. The beach and pool are very nice. The food/drink servers aren’t very pleasant despite giving a tip, not attentive. All other hotel staff was excellent. Food was good. Very reasonable price for hotel. "

"Just had 5 days vacation there lovely place very friendly staff many options for dining I targeted the oriental restaurant which was amazing there is also Italian Asian restaurant all open Beaufet and ala carte Pools are beautiful and clean always life guards avalobke there is aqua park also active animation team with shows after dinner and exercises in the pool Very family and kid friendly For sure will come again "

"Great resort location in the door step of the beach. All food and drinks included with amazing clean rooms and absolutely amazing staff from reception to the bar staff to the wait staff, absolutely everybody. Also a great locations for activities, not too close and not too far away. Super family friendly as well, it was 10/10."

"I read many reviews and was at first hesitant, but I went there and was very pleasantly surprised. The resort is older, but it has a charm to it. The food is good and there are a lot of choices. My junior suite was enormous. When you combine the cost and what you get, this place is a bargain. Definitely deserves 5 stars. "

"Great option in Hurghada Near the option and city centre It is not a very new hotel but it has been undergoing small improvements. All the areas and room are always clean and tidy. The beach is very nice and we can find a lot of pools inside the complex. The dining options seem to be way better than the average. The alcohol options are not at the same level as in other countries but still good. Although we could find a lot of strange people reserving sunbeds when they wake up (and don't show up for hours) we never had problems finding sunbeds - this politic shoud be reviewed by the hotels by the way."
