"We enjoyed our stay - the room was large and spacious, however it would have been helpful to have a small fridge. We stayed for the week but the first night seemed to be karaoke night, so it was on the loud side until about midnight All in all the space was great"

"The excellent comfort of this guest house enhanced our stay in Glasgow. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the choices were extensive. The only thing I would change is to book a room with ensuite next time. It was only a short walk to the bathroom however the sink in our room did a gurgling sound for about 10 mins after being used. Not great when you are trying to get off to sleep 😪 "

The decor etc. is quite dated and a little tired in places, but comfortable and generally clean, and the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. A great breakfast with good quality ingredients. Some attention to detail with cleaning would be helpful - eg some mould in shower, and bathroom fan grill quite grimy, the odd cobweb, and some accumulated dust in nooks and crannies. "I have to say that I quite enjoyed my stay . I travelled solo and I was surprised to have the subway stop right outside . Very convenient location . The water pressure was low but enough to have a reasonable shower . If I returned back to Glasgow I would definitely return "
