"Nous avons apprécié le cadre avec vue sur les Aravis et le Borne. La possibilité de se garer au cimetière à 3min à pied et être à 4 min à pied de la gare routière était particulièrement agréable aussi tout comme le centre ville à 5min. L'appart est petit mais fonctionnel, il y a l'essentiel et même des rangements pour nos affaires. La communication est facile et Damien et Denys sont réactifs en cas de besoin et/ou pour les check-in et out. Je pourrais y revenir."

"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"On a passé une super semaine en famille dans ce logement impeccable! petite terrasse bien sympathique, avec le matin la surprise de voir les montgolfières, ce qui a beaucoup plu à mon fils. Semaine agréable avec jeux pour les enfants à côté, intermarché à pied environ à 10min, lac pour se baigner ... on a adoré les randonnées également, le long de la rivière c'était agréable ! on a aimé la proximité avec tout, et surtout la piscine! très appréciable en fin de journée!"

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"
