"Our original room had a slow draining bathtub which hampered the showering experience. We called the front desk and they sent a maintanance man that was very polite and helpful. He worked on trying to unclog the drain for 30 minutes. He finally suggested we have a room change and very kindly made arrangements for us to move directly across the hall. "We stayed three nights at this beautiful place in Deep Creek lake and had the most wonderful time! The hosts truly thought of every need you might have, and they were very communicative and informative about the property and surrounding areas. The cabin and hot tub / grounds are immaculately maintained and kept. We barely needed to leave once but did go to enjoy a morning hike at Swallow Falls. We highly recommend this property and will hopefully be back soon!"
