The unit layout is modern inside a historic building with a view of the arena and the delightful Osteria Puntara just around the corner. We chose the shated bath on the recommendation of one of the earlier guests and were do pleased with the large and beautful bath that was on site. Property mates are respectful and it works out fine, sharing the living...

"I was a bit disappointed s I was expecting more of a hotel, but this was a B&B. Breakfast was fine and parking was available very nearby. However, room was small, tTere was no elevator so had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Front desk only open during limited hours. Hotel also very hard to find, even with GPS. Perhaps I should have read other reviews more carefully."

"Absolutely would stay here again, the room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The location is fantastic as you pass rows of vines to get to here. Residenza was on a one way street so best to drop your luggage off on the way up the hill to the parking area. Person who checked us in was nice & friendly, but spoke almost no English."
