"Amazingly comfortable and right in the centre of town. You can take a bus into Venice from the tram stop 5 minutes away from the hotel. Only feedback, there is no coffeeshop open early in the area. Hotel could give customers access to the coffee machine :) Other than that... we'll definitely go back and i highly recommend it."

"This is the worst stay I ever booked on hotels.com. I dont even know where to start with this review. No vegan/vegitarian option in the buffet. Despite asking not to disturb, room service still showed up. Elevator is for name sake and cannot fit single person with luggage. Sleeping with blinds, shutters and drapes still feels like sleeping on the street in this hotel. Bed and other furniture passed its usable age long back but it is still not replaced. Tap in the bathroom kept leaking whole...

"The room was huge with great air conditioning (2 in the room because it was large), skylight in the bathroom and as an added bonus there was an elliptical machine in the corner! Hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. Location was good - quiet, safe, close to airport (taxi €30) and close to tram into Venice (you can buy tickets/passes from front desk).
