"Hotel Palladio was an unexpected joy! The staff were remarkable in their willingness to help whether suggesting local restaurants or where I could get a mani-pedi. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful and the outside terrace where breakfast (best we had on our 3 week Italian adventure) and dinner were served overlooked the Ionian Sea. "It’s like an Oasis in amongst a very run down area . Streets are quite dirty and don’t give a great impression when you first arrive. The owners responded quickly when there we a few issues with the water and some facilities. The place was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was good. There is a nice pool and sun beds but they charge you €8 per day to use it and you can use if after 6pm which we weren’t made aware of. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. "
