"The property was amazing!!! The only one thing was the elevator stoped working they day of check out and had to carry bags down 2 floors! Also when they watsaap u they send you a wrong address but ended up finding the place very nice room fully renovated"

"Hotel Palladio was an unexpected joy! The staff were remarkable in their willingness to help whether suggesting local restaurants or where I could get a mani-pedi. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful and the outside terrace where breakfast (best we had on our 3 week Italian adventure) and dinner were served overlooked the Ionian Sea. "Hotel was much better than expected. We had a corner suite with a patio and a small balcony. View was spectacular! Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was good and fixed price dinner for 20 euros was a bargain and quite good. Only complaint, the safe in the room was on the floor of closet. You had to go on your stomach to read the numbers and no instructions how to use it."

"Atrocious customer service. We booked through Expedia and we were not let in. We’ve had no issues like this on other reservations. I called the owner and he laughed at me and hung up. We were stranded for both nights. If you don’t come at exactly the time he wants you to be there, you will not ever be let in. This was so unsafe. This place takes money and takes advantage of travelers. Much better places to stay in this area. "

"I was there October 20 to the 23. It’s worth the nightly rate. The town of Naxos is just down the street. Interesting for a one day visit. I experienced far better beaches. The staff are very friendly and of assistance. The pictures of the vistas from the hotel are not accurate. You can’t see much from the hotel. On balance if you are visiting Naxos, it’s worth the rate."

"It’s like an Oasis in amongst a very run down area . Streets are quite dirty and don’t give a great impression when you first arrive. The owners responded quickly when there we a few issues with the water and some facilities. The place was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was good. There is a nice pool and sun beds but they charge you €8 per day to use it and you can use if after 6pm which we weren’t made aware of. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. "

"My wife and I stayed in the Hotel Villa Paradisio for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. We had junior suite with a balcony and a great view of Mount Etna and the sea. the hotel is high up and the view is great! I also liked the extra size in the room because we were on an extended trip and were able to easily store our luggage and clothes etc. The feel of the room is that you are in classic Italy. The breakfast buffet was excellent with great expresso drinks made to order- all with an incredible view. Perhaps the greatest feature of the hotel is the staff who really took care of us - including making local reservations, making sure our car arrived on time, having recommendations on what to see around Taormina. Giuseppe and the staff in the breakfast area were a delight. I felt like we were staying with family in Italy - that's how great the staff was."

Welcoming, Comfortable and Accommodating

"We were greeted by the owners upon arrival and were amazed to find an assortment of gluten free foods — including a homemade cake — (we are gluten free), as well as an assortment of other groceries to get our two week stay started. That literally saved us our first night after being awake for 32 hours straight during travel! We were beyond touched by that level of thoughtfulness and generosity. Our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee with a view of the sunrise every morning. The owners checked in on us periodically and made us feel like we had people to turn to in case we ran into issues during our stay. You can tell when there, that there is a lot of love and care that has gone into this unit and it was a delight to be surrounded by such love and care. The listing said it was a two bedroom — we were surprised to find that the second bedroom was the living room. This may be a cultural difference of description as we have seen in various real estate listings. Even so, we stayed on the very comfortable sofa bed and gave the bedroom to our oldest and their fiancé. There was still ample separation of space and, since the bulk of our time was spent out, it was no issue at all. As long as we had access to the coffee maker in the morning, we were happy! We would absolutely stay again."

"What a treat to be able to spend a few nights in this beautiful oasis. The minute we arrived. Marco greeted us and The lovely ladies at the desk were welcoming friendly, helpful, professional. Every inch of the property was beautifully maintained and gave us a great sense of being in historic Sicily feeling like royalty . The restaurant which we ate at two nights was a surprise ,Michelin star food, cleverly and tastefully each course was delicious. Wine list was full of beautiful Sicilian wines and a showstopper was having a very special cocktail made right at our table. I have had the good fortune from working so hard my life to stay at many four and five star hotels around the world and this will not disappoint . Our room was so comfortable, tastefully decorated & beautiful I didn’t want to leave the room . The beach was just steps away, and we swam in the beautiful Ionian Sea , the hotel is a destination, (we did go winetasting during the day at Benanti an excellent tour and tasting) hotel definitely worth a stay if you need to relax and want to be pampered -oh, and the swimming pool was magnificent along with serving cocktails and food poolside. "
