Room are quite small and shower area specially but then that reflects in very reasonable and affordable price for the location. "A very unique place. Beautiful property, very modern and up to date, in the middle of a very pristinely kept real Tuscan farm with an endless pool. Fantastic real natural Breakfast. The stuff were very nice and welcoming as well just like the true Etruscans would have been. Close to Castello di Marsiliana for a Wine Tasting experience and Porto Santo Stefano for a Monaco like experience. 2 hours to Roma and 2 hours to Firenze. A few minutes to Water and a few minutes to Tuscan farms and Hills....
