"I arrived very early and very tired after 24hours traveling (4 hours before check-in) but the receptionist was rally helpful and found me a room I could use until my booked room was ready, This was exceptionally kind, especially as there was no extra charge. Overall the hotel is a little "tired" but everything was clean and comfortable. "
