"Beautiful hotel, great location, mostly friendly staff. The hotel itself is spacious, modern and well appointed. A kettle was provided to my room on request and extra towels provided without issue. I was however refused a Cyprus coffee with my breakfast which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard (and in Cyprus) and the breakfast staff seemed disinterested in any form of customer service other than to stand guard around the buffet.
