"This hotel was a great place to stay when my husband and I went to a concert at the Kemba. The restaurants and the concert was within a 15 min walking distance and that was a great location. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The only thing I would knock them for would be that they give you “complimentary” items when you arrive but then you actually receive a document that states you are paying for those same items. Otherwise, I would suggest staying here if you can. "

We didn’t even utilize the service because it is inconvenient to hand over the keys and also retrieve them - not to mention any obligation to tip when the parking is only feet from the entrance to the hotel."
