"Communication wasnt good. Told breakfast went til noon. Not true. Time changed multiple times during our stay. Told if we didnt have room cleaned we got two "drink" vouchers for bar. Not true. Just beer or soda. Were told this after 6 drinks. Told bar was open til midnight every day. Not true. Came back to hotel for a drink and bar was closed at 7pm. Not a big issue, but just tell guests what the deal is. Staff was awesome! Very noisy hotel in am. Cant sleep much past 730am."

"Outstanding breakfast and good service; easy check-in/check-out; friendly accommodation to store luggage for some hours after check-out; great beds; great coffee etc. in room. Great outdoor garden & lawn with space for letting kids run or sit with a book. Just missing racks to hang moist towels for sufficient drying/reuse. It was slightly difficult to find the hotel by walking from train station due to current construction sites 0.5 miles away. But no noise or other disturbance from those sites....

"My room was exceptionally comfortable and clean, especially the bathroom. The only negative aspect is that the area around the hotel is about 10-15 min from historic Salzburg, and a bit industrial, but you do have very easy access to the train station."

"Lovely stay at this hotel which is so perfectly located in the older part of the city. The rooms were nice including the shower, nice and large. For our young adult/teen children we had a great room with three twins. Breakfast was nice and adequate. Very happy with our choice!! "

"Easy walk to the train station and to the sights of Salzburg. The area itself is just okay, but if you walk 2 blocks, you're in a nice area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Sound of Music and Mozart locations are an easy walk away. "

"My wife, my 15 months old son and I had a wonderful time in this hotel. It feels so serene, quiet and magical. The pool is amazing. The food at dinner and breakfast is fantastic. For breakfast you have a big selection at the buffet and also the possibility to order dishes at the table. It was our second time here and we will be coming again for sure. Thanks especially to the staff at breakfast and to the lady who came around serving the hot pan au chocolate this morning which went above and beyond to make our wishes come true. "
