"The apartment is the perfect size for 2. The hot tub was hot with a beautiful view. The pool was gorgeous. The sunsets were awesome. Ootlewah was quaint to explore, and a great distance from Chattanooga. Herby was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for both the indoors and the outdoors in that Chattanooga area."

"Came in for a wedding. Family stayed in the apartment next to us, and other family stayed in the RV park. Nice clean apartment and RV park. Close to lots of hiking, biking, and water activities. Would definitely stay here again. Sat on the deck with the family and had a spectacular view of the 2024 Strawberry moon. It was the icing on the cake.."

"The rental was clean and very homey! The owners were wonderful, the outdoor setting was peaceful and we were able to relax during our downtime! We had an extended stay due to we just moved and were waiting to close on our new home. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again just for the company! "This is a great quiet place to stay that's a bit out of the way but convenient to SAU. Don't stay here if you're looking for something constructed in the last 10 years, but if you want comfortable with a little drive in the country, this is great for the value."

"We rented two wagons for our family. We stayed to go down the Ocoee. We had a great time. The wagon theme was so fun. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked great. We enjoyed sitting around the Firepit and grilling out.we plan to come again and rent all three wagons."

"Phyllis was great. We showed her the grill had a little damage, just to make sure she was aware of it and didn't think we had damaged it. She immediately purchased a new grill, and had it set up for us within the hour. Will definitely be back. Cell phone service is limited, and wifi is unavailable, but i really enjoyed unplugging from electronics for 5 days. Thanks for the stay."
