"We thought the location was great near Roma termini station, walking distance to main attraction’s, check in host excellent and got us in early due to long flight! Breakfast was excellent. It was a little dirty but the room was renovated and modern! Air conditioning was excellent so overall what we paid was good! Lots of restaurants around with great prices! "

"Staff were lovely and polite. Its a bit of a distance from Rome but metro and buses are every couple of minutes. Their bar is nice and relaxed with an outdoor area. Thank for a lovely stay and all your help."

"Stayed here one night before flying back to the states. The buildings have unique architecture and there is a big balcony outside the room, which gives a nice view of the surrounding areas. There are 5 buildings with same design and each have two tiny elevators. Each elevator can hold two guests with carry on luggages. The buildings show its age but are kept in good conditions. There is also a big outdoor swimming pool shaped like a boat we did not get to enjoy. The property is close to the FCO...

"The property is well situated and an easy walk to the sites to see, Spanish steps, Colosseum, etc. Hotel has a lovely roof restaurant and bar with a good selection of snacks for lunch and mail meals. If there is one thing I would have liked to be improved it is the hot food choices for Breakfast, just scrambled eggs and mini sausages. Large selection of cereals cakes and salad though. All waiter service. Nice rooms and very clean."

"A bit noisyand dated. Alot of stairs with limited access to elevators. However, staff was great and breakfast was excellent and cleaning staff was great as well. "

"Great location that’s within a mile of the typical sites you’d want to see in Rome. Very friendly staff and daily room refreshes without having to ask. Nice breakfast options. There was no sign outside showing the hotel name, so just pay attention to the address and look for the 41 above the door so you know you’re at the right location. The only other thing that marks the location as Colonna Suite is a floor mat after entering the door."
