You'll have full access to the entire home, both indoors and out, with easy self-check-in. Please note, the property sits on a steep bank, and reaching the dock requires navigating 30 steps.
The Neighborhood:
Set along Seneca Lake, Waterside is part of a quiet, friendly neighborhood with year-round residents. While peaceful and private, you're still close to restaurants, wineries, and local attractions. ⚠️ Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as per local town regulations.
Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.
Other Things to Note:
➡️ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and any outdoor smoking must be done away from the house. ➡️ Boats cannot be docked at the property. ➡️ Guests must sign Get Red-y Vacations' guest rental agreement before check-in. ➡️ The fire pit, kayaks, hot tub, and game room are for guest use at their own risk.
