This upscale 2nd-floor (elevator-serviced) apartment, located in downtown Geneva, NY (on the north shore of Seneca Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes), was recently renovated, is fully furnished and equipped, and is an ideal headquarters for your stay in the beautiful Finger Lakes region. The apartment can comfortably sleep up to six persons. The space has a large living room area, two bedrooms (also a sofa bed), two baths, and a full kitchen. The beds are a king, queen, and the hideaway sofa bed is also a queen. Walking distance to Hobart and William Smith Colleges. It is also fairly close to Cornell, which is about 46 miles away.

This apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with their own shower), and a foldout bed. There is also a kitchen, dinning room, and washer and dryer.

The Finger Lakes region is home to hundreds of the countries best wines. Seneca Lake is the largest of the Finger Lakes. Geneva is also close to a number of attractions in the area. Syracuse and Rochester are less than an hour away. The Del Lago Casino is about 15 miles away.

Great location, parking was easy, check in was easy, loved the little courtyard to sit outside, and property was clean. Only recommendation, we think the bathrooms need a little table to put cosmetic bags on. We would definitely book again!

Amazing Property!!!
The location was absolutely perfect....the coffee shop downstairs opened early and was able to accommodate us prior to heading out each day. Many bars and top notch restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, super clean and very comfortable.

Updated apartment with wonderful tall ceilings and plenty of room for a family. Large kitchen and family room area. Public parking area was just a half a block away with plenty of spots to choose from and walking distance to many restaurants.

I hate to give this such a good recommendation as this is a hidden gem. Without a doubt, I would stay here again. The location is great in Geneva. You are able to walk to many different restaurants and bars. The kitchen was wonderful, if you want to cook during your stay. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay a couple nights in Geneva.

Very nicely decorated apartment. Loved the brick. Close to restaurants, bars, etc. We came for a wedding but got the added bonus of being near Watkins Glen, so we added that to our itinerary. The elevator was a nice addition. Kitchen, living room, dining room areas were very spacious. Nice spot. Thanks!

Enjoy being part of the action in Geneva!
The hideaway is a beautiful 2 bedroom unit in a very convenient spot in Geneva —- easy walk to the Lake, restaurants, pubs, shops —- and just across from the post office in front and the firehouse in back…..the latter can get loud at night! Other than ongoing road construction, the property was perfect. Thank you!

A beautiful apartment
This is a HUGE apartment that is tastefully decorated with antiques and original artwork. I loved all the exposed brick and big windows in the master bedroom. The linens were very nice. It is conveniently located downtown and is across from City Hall and the post office. It's very easy to walk to all the downtown restaurants. I highly recommend this rental and will stay here again if I come back to Geneva. The only downside of being downtown is the early morning noise of delivery trucks (Monday morning) restocking the restaurants on the street level of the building and the garbage trucks (Tuesday morning). The fire stations are also located behind the building that could potentially disturb your sleep as well.

This is a beautiful and conveniently located property. Okay, so it is close to 2 Fire stations. Not a problem and we even chatted with several firemen. Our only complaint which is hardly really an issue, was that we were told we would receive the address and other particulars the week of our arrival. Unfortunately, we were due to arrive shortly after a long holiday weekend and being elderly (but very young elders) we worried when we were leaving to go before we had received the information. To his credit, after an email from my wife, we had the necessary information and all was well. This place is about as perfect as a rental can be. There is a wonderful coffee shop next door and restaurants all within walking distance. My wife lived it because we never cooked a meal and had many ethnic choices from which to pick. We would go back in a heartbeat. One thing, parking can be an issue as there is no assigned space, but if you walk your dog every day at home, you can move your car just as easily!

Lovely apartment…just forget the elevator
The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings. Very nicely furnished. Lots of antiques and artwork which give it a homey feel. Spotless. Good value in a city where hotels are not. Entry code didn’t work, but plan b got us quickly in. We are a mobile but elderly couple and travel heavy. The apartment is second floor and many steps up. We were disappointed to hear that the elevator wasn’t functioning at the time we booked. We got the impression it was a transient issue and could be functional when we arrived. After talking to others, we suspect this can’t be relied upon any time soon. Despite being a small city, quiet in evening, Geneva starts early. Can be street traffic, trash collection or trains. If you are prepared for these realities, this is a wonderful place.
