"Çok memnun kaldık, bir bebek ve bir çocukla gayet rahat ve temiz şekilde konakladık. Yalnız termal havuzu çok sıcak, diğer kapalı havuz da soğuktu, bebeği fazla sokamadık üşüdü ama bu yüzden puan kırmıyorum. Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı da çok iyiydi, çeşit bol ve tazeydi. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz, tavsiye ediyoruz...."

"The hotel is clean, the beds are confortable but the pillows a bit less to our liking. A bit hard. We had a triple room, for 3 adults. It was very small with our 3 suitcases. The bathroom was also small and I wonder how big people can shower in the that small enclosure. There is plenty of hot water, which was appreciated. The staff was welcoming and super nice bending over backward to help us. Breakfast was good, plentiful. If you are a coffee lover however, you will need to go elsewhere for your morning coffee. Overall, an ok place to explore Bursa. "
