"Where to even begin? From the moment we arrived, we were completely mesmerized. The island is breathtaking and the hotel is more beautiful in real life. It felt like stepping into paradise. The crystal-clear waters, the soft sandy beaches, and the marine life made us feel like we were living in an aquarium. But what truly sets the hotel apart is not just its beauty—it’s the people. The warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the staff made our stay beyond special. A heartfelt thank you to Poula, our extraordinary host, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His attention to detail and constant care made all the difference. We also want to send a big thank you to Lama and the amazing team at the Kids Club for creating unforgettable memories for our children. They loved every moment and the fun activities! Dining at Kula every day was another highlight of our trip. The variety, the quality, and most of all, the service exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Bhavin, Shokhawat, Humair, Ansari, Anupam, Anpum, Sager, and Nagendra (and all the others that I forgot to ask for their names, I'm so sorry but I guess you know who you are) for your warm smiles and outstanding service—you truly made every meal an experience to remember. "Stunning location, attentive staff who just avoid in going too far. Excellently maintained facilities and as a vegan, the range of choice of food was exceptional. Room was beautiful (though I caught my foot on an ill-maintained wood plank by my pool causing a large splinter). So much about our trip was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended "

"I was here previously, decided to come for a 20 day stay to recharge.. They really let the place go downhill in every way. I felt like I was doing a spotting job rather than having a vacation especially the first week.simple things like painting rusted things all over the island. Not clearing garbage that washes onto the beach, which I and other guests would put up high on the beach figuring they did a walk around daily. No, same garbage was not even noticed because the management doesn't care. I made my complaints and was told that some quality control expert was coming and they would have the island in shape by December. Lot of good that did me momentarily.it was things that were not even hard to do, simply there was no will. And it wasn't the staff, it's management..Actually had by chance the same room from years ago and saw the same issues not attended to. The food was also low quality, I avoided breakfast, out of 19 nights, maybe 5 breakfasts. Any juices put out we're heavy sugar and they spared every expense. Not a banana in sight the last 10 days of my stay.. I offered to gladly do a walk with the general manager and show him how to fix the place up in a matter of days with staff on hand. Didn't care.. then there is the smoking. Staff quarters are close and obviously no one is told to go to a further section of the small island to smoke. When you're out taking the air on a walk it's not pleasant to suck in a huge amount of smoke. Much more. Bye Dfaru. Disappointed "

"Very unique experience. Snorkeling was excellent, even saw a whale shark while snorkeling. Scuba was luxury service and great marine life. Staff was great. Room was fantastic. Would recommend this property very highly."
