"Returned from full day of sightseeing, FOB didn’t work (10:30 PM). No one answered call via call button. Thankfully, fellow guest let me in. WiFi is complete rubbish in common areas. "The heat was too high and I was asked to send a pic of the thetmostat. I find it inadequate to ask a guest for a pic of something that should be your responsibility. Checkout time at 12 pm is too strict considering check-in is after 3 pm. There should be, at least, one hour tolerance. The coffee machine in my room kept spilling water for no reason."
