"This friendly little hotel is one floor of an apartment building. Easy to miss, no big sign out front but go by the address number and find the hotel name on the buzzer.Easy walk to trains and all the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Basic double room with twin beds and clean private bathroom. Continental breakfast has many choices including fresh pastries, yogurt ham and cheese. We had a nice little balcony with a view over city to hills. Affordable, simple B&B run by nice people. "

"Das appartement ist super zentral gelegen, nahe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten - das ist der große Pluspunkt. Es war sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Es mangelt etwas an geschirr, wenn man zu viert da wäre, für mich als Einzelperson hat es gereicht. Die matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen, damit konnte ich aber auch gut leben. "Monica was the friendliest most enthusiastic host we’ve stayed with. Everything from her greeting to the amazing breakfast was perfect. She does a lot of baking, so the breakfast was really a treat and you could also get eggs cooked in various ways. The room was a little small but very comfortable. Parking was on the street, but it was fairly close and easy."

"It was wonderful to stay in a castle in Tuscany no less Every person we met was attentive and kind We were staying near friends and didn’t hang around the grounds much or use the pool but everything seemed well kept It’s really a place to retreat to eat at and sleep at which served our purpose well "

"Beautiful place, extremely clean, fantastic breakfast. Had trouble getting a taxi the hotel owner provided a free ride for us to go to town, nearby market and restaurant. We were extremely happy with everything. Also a nice walking trail by a beautiful lake"

"Fantastic property that is immaculately finished. From the moment of driving up to it via the main road and seeing the building on the hillside to stepping inside there is a wow factor. Rooms were clean and comfortable, some with lovely new bathrooms. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and quality ingredients. Only issue was the noise from the apartment above the next morning but all in all a lovely property"

"What an amazing surprise! The town had so much history that I even called my daughter and sent her pics to see if we could shoot a video/movie there. The owners were an amazing couple who did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The dining experience was very high end with a menu that would make any foodie truly happy. "Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"The Hotel Minerva is one of my favorite places we stayed while touring Italy. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and enormous compared to most of the cities we visited, and it was only a 5ish minute cab ride to the train station. Close enough to the historical center that you can get to the churches and Medici fortress within 30-45 minutes at a leisurely pace. The included breakfast had many options, and I would recommend heading downstairs to the restaurant for at least one of your meals while in Arezzo though you may want to set a reservation during peak travel season since it seems many locals also enjoy the restaurant. Will definitely stay there again if we travel back to Arezzo in the future."

Just great one night

"Room was cozy, easy access, free parking and very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. We had late night arrival and leafy early. Only thing in negative side was the fetter pillows. First time ever in my hotel night, me being allergic, wish I did have a choice. "
