"We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Agriturismo Podere Picciolo. Immediately upon being greeted, we were taken care of as if we were family. The hosts were so welcoming and made sure we were always having a great time. The grounds of the property are stunning, there is much to explore. It was so peaceful to disconnect and be immersed in the beauty of the scenery. We stayed for dinner each night we were there and the food was incredible! "This was a beautiful stop on our Tuscany tour. The property is lovely, and the only thing that would make it better is warm weather so we could use the pool. There is a washing machine for guests to use, which is extremely helpful. A drying rack was in the room to use. The bed could have been more comfortable, but the breakfast was generous and tasty."

"The Borgo is situated very far from the main road, with a small scary road that we did not dare drive in the dark. "Loved our time at Borghetto Calcinaia. We enjoyed the pool, views of the lake, the gardens, the nearby towns. Ben was very helpful and we were delighted to have food at the house when we arrived. The property had everything we needed and it's very comfortable. Can't wait to return!"

However, when we discovered you could drive along to the next road entrance on the left and follow this around further to the left.. it leads to the stunning property. It could be better signposted.
