"It's a nice little place but I struggled to find it in the dark because the door is hard to see and the three words guide didn't work. Once I got in the place was really cold and took a long time to warm up, the conservatory/sitting area never got warm. No internet was a disappointment. That said it served my purpose, the bed was comfy and I would stay again. "

"We appreciated this warm, quiet, clean, comfortable apartment. It is not in the Cathedral grounds as advertised. It is on the second floor which is not mentioned in the property details. Half the kitchen lights were not working, there was no bath plug or shower mat and rail. We found dirty crockery in the dishwasher (which we did not use). Hooks in the hallway to hang wet outdoor clothing would have been useful."

"Ideal location for anyone needing to be near the courts or the cathedral and next to the beautiful Elm Hill area of Norwich. The apartment has everything you could need, including a bathroom and an en suite for the main bedroom. Really well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and sitting room. There are lots of steps between different levels which was not a problem but could be for those who find stairs tricky. It was a perfect place for my work needs and I really hope to be back. "

"The apartment is lovely comfortable and well equipped. It is near the sea and the centre of town. You can park outside without fear of charges. Southwold is charming and friendly with great offering of places for foodies. I recommend an Adnams tour. We did the distillery one but you prefer beer, Adnams is delicious. We spent most of time walking, visiting things in and out of town and coming and going from the property. It is a very good place to stay and relax. It gets great reviews...
