I had a meal with relatives on the evening of my stay and found the service extremely slow although the food was good. I stayed in room 305 and I reported a very serious trip hazard to the reception staff on check out. There is a step from the bedroom into the bathroom which I tripped over on arrival. The carpet in the bedroom is dark and the tiles on the step are dark so you can't see it plus you...

"My seat was very good, the staff were exceptional, made me feel welcome and ever so helpful. My only question is why it does not provide information in English for non Dutch speakers. It was not so easy to navigate or use service available. That said the hotel was excellent."
