"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"HEALTH HAZARD! The bathroom was filled with visible mould everywhere, taps were leaking, living room lights didn't work, the kitchen was dirty, the TV wasn't functioning and it was an overall bad experience. The only good thing about it is its location near the centre."

"Huge 2 bedroom apartment in a great location, could do with a bit of TLC but it was clean, beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed, but could have done with more towels. WiFi was slow but it did work."

"I simply loved the appartment - its spaciousness, structure, terrace, location, a very good wifi connection, and everything that the area has to offer. I especially loved the feeling of luxury of space that this appartment offers. There were some minor issues like absence of soap, shortage of teaspoons, teacups, teapot, etc., also a worn coach in the living room. I also thought that the doors could close quiter - I think the doors are banged because otherwise it is rather difficult to close it...

"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"Nice clean rooms and very helpful staff; it's also right next to a metro station, which is very convenient. There's an area near reception where you can refill water bottles for free and buy snacks (very useful if you're feeling peckish late at night). Breakfast buffet is excellent, albeit pricey (but you can get vouchers for 5 Euros that you can use towards the price each time you choose not to have your room serviced). "

"Great property and helpful staff! we loved our "roomy bath"! We had a great view and the deep round bath is wonderful. The only problem is there is no table or shelf next to the the tub so there is nowhere to set any shampoo or soap ...or perhaps a drink. Another issue is there is no wardrobe. he bed was excellent. Regarding the breakfast - the selection is very limited and unless you like the Peruvian style offering it's disappointing. There are no cereals or plain yogurt for example and other than a flavored yogurt, some sort of muesli mix, a fruit salad and croissants there is nothing unless you order the a la carte selection which is very limited. A comprehensive buffet style breakfast would be a welcome addition."

"We had a nice stay. It was a little off the beaten path so if you want to stay in the center of everything this is not it. It was quiet. We went down for coffee after breakfast was closed and they were very friendly and we got our coffee even with the bar being closed. We would stay here again. "
