"Liked location, good facilities, great place to visit. Staircase inside the room could be better. "

"Mattress was a bit soft to everyone's liking and one of the bathrooms did not have any toiletries. One the bedrooms had a blanket which had an orange stain on it. But all is good with the stay and most amenities. The cleaning lady was very helpful and quick to resolve all the issues too. The front desk was also very helpful with all our queries."

"The front door of the property is mere feet from the pier and a beautiful park and located a half block from the cafe district where all kinds of delicious food from around the world was available. This area felt safe and it was just a short walk to the incredible coastline and beaches as well as a beautiful botanical garden. The train station is also only a few blocks away that will take you right into downtown Melbourne. Highly recommend!"

"Staff addressed our requests before arriving. Check-in and check-out were easy. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. One bedroom was clean and spacious. The property has self-service for accessing extra towels/toiletries/cleaning and washing items. Only suggestion is perhaps having a smart TV in the apartment so guests have option to stream from personal devices. Thanks for having us!"
