"I booked this townhouse for 40 nights as I was migrating from Melbourne to Christchurch. It was the best decision. This townhouse was perfect for me. I had my parents come and stay with me over Easter and they loved it. Its a great spot. Very close to everything you need but at the same time very quiet. The property is walking distance to New World and Fresh Choice as well as bus stops Its also an easy stroll of 1.5kms to the heart of Christchurch, Marilyn was lovely to deal with and happily...

"A fantastic option for anyone looking to explore the city. It’s within easy walking distance to the city center, making sightseeing and dining a breeze. The facilities were excellent, with everything well-maintained and clean. The area itself is quiet, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. However, parking was a bit challenging, especially during busier hours, and the lack of air conditioning upstairs made the bedroom quite warm at night. "

"Lovely comfortable home for extended family stay. Once firewood was sorted (thankyou) fire was great for heating whole house. Spectacular views from main bedroom and lounge plus decks. Very close to Akaroa. Unfortunately didnt get email re checking in arrangements but sorted quickly once we got someone on the phone!"

"Booked here for the Christchurch marathon. Super handy being right in town. Only thing to be aware of is it’s entirely on-street parking. Not sure if that was mentioned in the correspondence and not a deal breaker by any means, we just drove around for ages looking for the entrance 😄. It’s a lovely place to stay and a clearly loved home."
