"Der Kontakt und der Check-In liefen reibungslos. Allerdings ist der Zustand der Unterkunft mangelhaft und unhygienisch. Die Matratze dreckig und uns wurde nur ein feuchtes Handtuch für zwei Personen bereitgestellt. Wenn man keine hohen Erwartungen hat, kann das Zimmer trotzdem mit seiner Lage punkten. Tolle Anbindung an Öffis und die Innere Stadt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. "

"Sehr umfangreich ausgestattete Fewo mit sehr guter Betreuung. Der Check in war sehr gut vorbereitet und dadurch auch sehr einfach. Es war einfach alles optimal vorbereitet - sogar Kaffee, Tee + Mineralwasser waren da. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz und ein Aufzug waren auch vorhanden. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und sonstige Infrastruktur - S-Bahn, Bus, U-Bahn, Bäcker und Supermarkt nur ca. 600 Meter entfernt. Die Fewo lag zwar an einer Hauptstraße, aber ab 22 Uhr war es dennoch erstaunlich ruhig. Der...

"Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open. "

Wonderful stay! I highly recommend it

"We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The hotel decoration was lovely. The crew was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and varied. The bedding was very comfortable. One small comment though, the bedsheet for the mattress was a bit short, if you move too much while you're sleeping you end up on the mattress which has no protection. A metro was very close, so very easy to go the the center. "

Wonderful stay!!

"We has a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was super easy to get to, and the metro station was right across the street. The bed was super comfy, the shower was great, and the staff was super friendly. The free coffee and tea station in the lobby was the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend Citadines Danube Vienna! "
