"On arrival our 2 night booking could not be found we were then given a room overlooking a roof directly outside the laundry and cleaners room. When I asked to change rooms the boy on reception said they were full, rubbish, there was about a dozen people in the hotel. The place is old, in need of a massive upgrade in the rooms and there’s a reason the bathroom is not in the picture of the room, it was the size of a broom cupboard with old plastic sink and toilet and the shower would be very cosy...

My suggestion to the host when you offer breakfast at the additional cost please make sure it is decent and please do not act rude when being asked about vegetarian alternatives.
