"Old buildings poorly maintained. Access card swipe is not user friendly and a hassle quite frankly. "

"The room was good overall, but we had a balcony facing the street. It meant it was very loud. They did leave earplugs for us but it did little to drown the noise through the cheap windows and poorly sealed balcony door. "
