"Communication with host was great. Thank you leaving us the basics (hand soap, dish soap, furniture covers for the dogs, beach towels, toilet paper, and paper towels). Everything was “clean”; however, place could use a deep cleaning. Price was decent for accommodations and for it being pet friendly. We will return and rent again. Place could use some upgrades. Locks need to be changed they are rusted and did not lock/unlock with ease"

We only had one issue which was the dishwasher was broken due to the people before us, which would have been nice since 6 of us staying and we cooked and ate all our meals there. Other than that communication with the owners was always fast and easy and we are ready to come back and stay again. "

"Windows was not covered, no hot water for the first day. He was upset because I covered the windows with towels. I don’t feel like there should be uncovered windows when renting a property and then get upset when the tenants cover them for privacy "

"We were in the area celebrating our 16 year old daughters birthday with a couple of her friends. Initially she was disappointed we weren't right on the beach but the minute we walked into our adorable little 'cottage', 4 otherwise hard to please teenagers fell in love. The beach was close enough, we got to walk to Ron Jon and for some really delicious ice cream (at Pete's), and there was plenty of good food in the area! We couldn'tstay!stay!staystay!"

"We had a brilliant stay and only wished it could have been longer. The state park is superb, with great biking trails and good facilities at the campsite. The cottages are a great place to stay. Their location on the lake-front is brilliant; they are spacious and well equipped, including free bikes, and fuelled bbq and fire pit. "

"Communication with host was excellent as was the check in and out process. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is beautiful with a magnolia tree, pine tree and wisteria in full bloom hanging over the fence (which is in need of repair—stated in listing). It was easy walking distance to the beach—approximately 0.5 miles to the middle beach parking lot and another 0.4 miles to the water’s edge. It is a quiet neighborhood. The floor had not been swept well prior to us...

"This property was beautiful, very clean and just altogether cozy. My family was in awe when we walked in, everything worked the way it was supposed sleeping space was more than enough and being able to sit out on the porch and take everything in was more than we could’ve asked for.
