"I had to wait two hours for my room to be ready without any confirmation on the timing. Later, I forgot my jacket at the breakfast restaurant, but staff initially told me it couldn’t be found, even after checking with hotel security. Only after I insisted they open the jacket cabinet did I find it there. Better communication and thoroughness in handling guest requests would improve the experience."

"It was a great family vacation to ski Whistler/Blackcomb. Blackcomb Springs Suites room was spacious and the full kitchen helped it feel more like a home. The ski in / ski out location was very convenient as my wife was not a skier so we did not need to have to rent a car. Use a Whistler shuttle service from the airport to and from Blackcomb Springs Suites. The local free shuttle service around town made it easy to get around. Would recommend Blackcomb Springs Suites to other"

"Good value for money. Bigger than many Whistler Village studios. Well equipped for the size. Fan in bathroom loud and could not turn off. Had to request extra blanket as duvet is thin and light. Swimming pool and hot tubs excellent. Weight machine broken. "

"We stayed at Sandman hotel for a 4-day ski trip.The location of the hotel is pretty convenient, and it's right by the highway. The drive from Sandman to Whistler on weekends can be hectic, so I would recommend you to leave Squamish by 7AM or earlier. There are a reasonable amount of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The room we stayed is spacious and well-supplied. The continental breakfast included was average, and I wish it had more protein options than hard boiled eggs"

"The property is in a great location in the middle of the village, with everything within walking distance. However, is no parking available for oversized vehicles, and reaching floor three from the reception is inconvenient, requiring two elevator changes to transport skiing equipment due to the lack of nearby parking. Additionally, there is no pool, not even a jacuzzi. It's a decent option for a 2- or 3-night stay."
