"We were really visiting family for Thanksgiving in Netarts, so we spent very little time in the cabin. Bed was comfy and place was clean. Everything clearly labeled. Furniture was uncomfortable, but we weren't there much. The emergency lantern did not work (no emergency - just had to try it!). Closet light burned out. Extra towels in bathroom fell into toilet in the middle of the night - shelf too narrow. It all was great for us ‐ and I would not have wanted a longer stay. Just to...

"We loved the quick beach access and convenience of having a fenced yard for small children to safely play. The good: proximity to beach and town, individual apartments for families, bunk beds in a few apartments, a place to gather in one apartment, two picnic tables outside. The not-so-good: plumbing issues, damaged furniture, WiFi doesn't extend to all units, we ran out of toilet paper! "The house reminded me of my first log cabin we owned at Lake Tahoe,, rustic and unique. We enjoyed our stay here and loved that we were able to walk to the beach, use the hot tub, and explore the area. We were unable to get the TV to work so we called the caretake, she was at the site in 20 minutes and fixed the problem. The cabin was well stocked, comfortable and cozy, location was great, close to Cannon Beach and Manzanita.. Hopefully we willl be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay,"

"We have stayed at this spot multiple times now, and love it every time - if it's sunny and beautiful, or rainy and cozy. It has everything you need and we really like the one room kitchen/living room layout upstairs, with the bedrooms/bathroom downstairs. Also great to have the deck when it's sunny to sit with coffee and a book and listen to and see the ocean. We will definitely be back!"

"While checking in here was easy and I appreciated the reminders about the check-in time and how to get in, that was the only good thing about this experience. I wish I could attach photos, because I am still in shock about how disgusting this rental was/is. There were clumps of dust on the ceiling fan, as well as other indications this place is WELL OVERDUE for a deep clean. Everything was dingy, the fridge was leaking, whoever has been cleaning it has either been sweeping dirt under the beds...

The Shower was too small, the place on the whole was smaller than we expected and we thought it was a single cabin but is was like a duplex. So it was noisy in the evening. We thought there was a fenced yard and there was not. We also did not know it was a VRBO."

"The space was amazing and just what we needed. Everything was clean and they had everything that you could want. Lots of firewood for the fire pit, the hot tub was clean and worked. Everything is clearly labeled and the kitchen was fully stocked in terms of pots and pans and kitchen equipment essentials. We would definitely recommend this space and hope to stay there again."

"Positioned on a cliff overlooking a beautiful beach, Sunset Cove is a special place. It's a steep walk up and down steps to the beach but we did it without too much effort. Mostly we drove a few minutes to Arcadia Beach for a magnificent beach walk to start our day.
