"We stayed here for several days during Pony Penning Week. The cottage is small, but cute, comfortable, and well appointed. We had a minor plumbing issue on day 2, and our host responded immediately and rectified the problem with no interruption to our plans. AC units in each room kept us cool, despite hot, muggy weather. "We had an amazing stay at this spot. Being on the water was such a treat, very close to everything including the park with the horses and lots of wilderness to explore. The home is very nicely decorated with local character and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend!"

"The home was clean and pet friendly which is very important to us! It is located across from the park and I enjoyed walking around it. We own a home on Chincoteague that won't be open until the end of March and wanted to come check out our property but of course couldn't stay there without water. This home suited our needs perfectly. The only issue we had was using the tv's. We are not tech savvy and had to have the realtor send someone to show us. User error!
