"Great stay at the Little Rock House for us while we enjoyed the festivities of Bike fest. Easy access to downtown and all bike paths. The house is as pictured. Comfortable beds, although the metal frame on the primary is quite creaky and squeaky ( maybe a tightening and some WD40). The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed for our stay. "The bed was very comfy. The place was clean and the toiletries provided were great quality along with a generous amount of towels. The cons...the photos advertise onsite laundry facility - false. The front room of this property has no ventilation and therefore was extremely hot when we arrived. (It did cool down eventually, but customer service suggested "just open a window") Bring your own coffee and cups if more than one person is drinking coffee. There is the bare minimum of dishes/utensils....
