"The staff was extremely accommodating. When I came in, there was some confusion about my access to an accessible room because I had made my reservation on Expedia. It took them a while to figure out how to change the reservation, but they did it! My room seemed a bit cold, so one of the maintenance crew adjusted the upper temperature range in my room by going to some master setting for the heating system. Room service was unbelievably fast, and the food was good. The wait staff in the café was also very attentive. Setting up the shuttle worked very well. It was just a top-notch experience."

"This was our first time at this hotel and we absolutely loved it. The restaurant was good and had outside balcony seating. The weather was wonderful and there was a nice breeze. The hotel is an old historic hotel but it is very well-maintained. We took one of the ghost tours of the hotel and it was very interesting. I would definitely stay here again."
