"Employees were very open, friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. Had an issue with ants in the room. Eric, the manager, addressed the issue promptly and apologetically. He was very appreciative in being informed about the issue. He was a delight to talk to and even joke around with. Great customer interaction and service. The food menu had a great variety, freshness and cleanliness in the room. The hotel has ample parking, close to shopping, restaurants, attractions and has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely recommend coming here again. We want to send out a special thanks to Eric for going above and beyond for ALL his customers needs and requests. It was great talking with you!!! "It was a great stay. The rooms where nice and we got adjacent room. The room was clean and the bathroom was too. The breakfast was basic but it had good choices. The service was incredible. I will stay here again when in Harrisburg. "
