We were a little apprehensive going into a new rental we were not familiar with expecting problems. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and enjoyed our stay very much. "This house was great in every way! It was spotless upon check in and was easy to maintain. Even though there was some inclement weather the week before in the area, the property manager called us to let us know everything was ok with the house and pool. We really appreciated her going out of her way to let us know this! The house really is a short walk to the beach, however we drove as grandpa and grandma needed to rest their feet. "Beautiful home, well equipped for every thing you might need.Beds were comfortable, ,set up was perfect for our family. Separate apartment downstairs worked out perfect for our family with four year old. My only complaint was that they had two golf carts for your use, but only one beach pass… what were you to do when the second golf cart wanted to get to beach? You had no pass to get thru gate. We ended up purchasing an additional pass for thirty bucks, but I thought considering you have two...

"Being right on the beach and listening to the ocean is what we were after, and this house did not disappoint. Great location to everything we wanted to do in the area. That being said, the house itself is older, and smelled very musty. We had a couple of small issues and ITrip was very prompt with correspondence. Overall not a bad stay, but I would suggest a few updates to the home."

"Plenty of room for 8 seniors. Lots of stairs getting into the property and to the 2nd level. So if you have a hard time doing stairs this property is not for you. We all managed them okay."

"Just steps from the sand was perfect four our family with a toddler and baby. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the necessities needed. The beach chairs and toys were an additional bonus to keep from having to take up room in the car to bring. The vacation was wonderful! We will rent this house again!"
