"Hello, we are a family of 4 from South America. We stayed at the Piccolina Vacation Home and it was excellent. Very nice place with nice kitchen and bathroom. Nearby there is a little Piazza to get a coffee, pizza and to do laundry. Also, very friendly neighbors and a supermarket nearby. There is a bus stop just a couple minutes away that takes you straight to downtown to see the Sassi. Great place!"

"House was beautiful and clean but not very “homey” or comfy. There was outdoor seating (metal chairs) to fit our large family. But no indoor sitting space No couches or comfortable chairs to spend time together inside. No living room. Just a kitchen with table and metal bar type chairs. Kitchen very sparsely furnished a few old pans - not great to cool a meal. Listing said there was a hot tub and living room, grill , and washing machine. . But none there. There was a sports court....

"Matera was our first stop on our Italy Trip. This property is spacious, well located in the center with spectacular views across the old town. Parking is near by, we paid 25 euros for each 24 hours, so 50 euros total, which was easy walk with case and no steps, which was ideal for us. Restaurant right next door done a fantastic breakfast and lunch salad which was reasonably priced. There are lots of places to eat around Matera so eating out was not a problem. "Bellissimo appartamento al centro di Matera, vicinissimo alla via principale del centro dove si trovano ristoranti e negozi. Da tener solo presente che se si arriva in auto a Matera occorrerà parcheggiare in uno dei parcheggi pubblici vicini"

"Bien que nous n'ayons passé qu'une nuit dans le logement de Francesco, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la qualité du logement. Francesco était aux petits soins pour nous, toujours disponible par message et de bons conseils pour explorer les environs. Le logement était parfaitement préparé et extrêmement propre. Le quartier ne paye pas de mine mais la nuit a été très calme et le logement se situe à 10 - 15 minutes à pied du centre historique de Matera. Je recommande pleinement pour un...

"Es una casa encantadora nos ha sorprendido gratamente , tiene absolutamente de todo, no le falta nada! Si tengo que poner una pega es que no hay división entre los dos dormitorios, y en nuestro caso éramos todos adultos, algo muy ventajoso si viajas con niños pero que nos ha quitado intimidad."

"Wow this is a fantastic property. Everything is super clean and has been recently remodeled which was a plus. The location was so good! So many great restaurants and bars that were all walking distance. It’s right in the old town so the history surrounding the apartment was amazing. Check in was so smooth and the hosts were so kind. They answered all our questions quickly and were so accommodating to all our needs. I would love to stay again on our next visit. Highly recommend this place!"

Posizione comoda, parcheggio davanti la porta, zona ben servita e a 5 minuti a piedi sei nel centro del bellissimo e storico paese . Da questo paese, al centro della Basilicata,puoi partire per visitarla facilmente . Troppo poco un giorno, non vedo l ora di tornare"
