"The room was very spacious and a quality room. The bed was very comfortable as we slept well. The shower had amazing water pressure and consistency in temperature control. It was like a hot or warm water massage. The television is small though. There were plenty of coffees and biscuits to get us through our stay. This was a great location as we enjoy visiting the SSA right next door. Thank you so much."

"Stayed here on our way from Melbourne to Sydney. When I arrived the room I was given had a bed that was not made up. The managers apologised and I was changed to a different room. Perhaps in future they could check the rooms AFTER the maid has said they had been done. Then in the new room the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night, for no reason. I suggested that they check the battery which can cause this problem, so hopefully no-one else gets an unwelcome wakeup call in the middle of...

"We stayed in the Miners Room 1. It was really good, I’d stay there again. The bath tub under the shower is weird and probably doesn’t need to be there… The wall between the 2 rooms is brick but sounds like it’s paper so hopefully your neighbours go to sleep the same time as you. The are only teaspoons available so if you take food and you need a knife or fork make sure to take them. I’d definitely stay again though. For the price it’s comfortable. "

Beautiful comfortable bed and pillows, perfect shower, immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated... "The manager was definitely out there but he was so accommodating and couldn't do enough for us even when he had so much to do. Lovely olde world property. The only criticism I have is the car park has small spots and it seems that people from a nearby business are using it therefore sometimes the carpark was full."
