"We had a wonderful time in the Bright area. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of Bright in a quiet area (we were there over busy NY period). Lovely secluded swimming hole nearby. Communication with host was great and he attended to small issues quickly and efficiently. Images of property online were accurate. "

"Right on the Rail Trail this cottage is perfect for riders. A pleasant stroll into Bright along the trail gives plenty of bird watching opportunities too. Picturesque Bright is easy on the eye and the mind. Very relaxing stay."

"Left the car and walked everywhere . Beautiful atmosphere to sit on the veranda in the peace and quiet not looking onto anyone and yet so close to everything. Lots of windows to capture the essence of our location. Lovely to watch everyone walking or riding bikes to get around. Couldn’t recommend it anymore highly."

"We were very happy with Kelly House. It was ideal for our group of 4 adults. We had our senior dog with us and while the backyard is not fenced it was not an inconvenience to walk him there and in the quiet lane that runs behind the house. Highly recommended!"

The house is very old and because of this, there are a few areas where there are steps into rooms, but it was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully provisioned. Every detail is welcoming, from the quality coffee beans & teas, eggs, bacon & milk in the fridge (what?!?!), Beechworth bakery bread, chocolate & red wine, plus all the ingredients for making s’mores - we were truly blown away by these beautiful details.
