"Hote;s.com에서 5성급이라는 안내문구를 보고 예약을 했는데 도착해 확인결과 3성급 수준의 리조트였음. 오후 3시경 도착했는데 방 준비가 안되어 30분 넘게 기다렸고, 호수뷰라고 예약을 했는데 1층 풀장에 접한 룸으로 호수를 볼 수 없었고, 유럽식 조식 제공한다고 했는데 쟁반에 중국식(죽, 국수반그릇, 만두1개, 삶은계란1개, 과일몇쪽) 정식셋트를 트레이쟁반에 가져다 주었음. 룸은 여타호텔 대비 협소했으며, 복도에 이동하는 투숙객들로 인한 소음도 심했음. 숙소 바로앞의 호숫가 산책로를 제외하면 가격대비 만족도 매우 떨어지며, 사이트에서 제공한 정보와 전혀 다름"
