"We had a wonderful stay in this house, beautiful decorations and layout of a really comfortable house for the four of us to relaxing. A small pretty village to walk around, and it isn’t far to drive to good restaurants and bars. The garden is beautiful and lovely with a really great pool, it’s not too far to walk up and down the hill to it… But make sure you take plenty of mosquito spray! "We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"Well kept and equipped house with lovely garden for bbqs’s and relaxing in the evenings. Hosts Molly and Giovanni are very friendly and helpful. "

"Clean and modern. Amazing view from the piazza of Lake Como. Extremely attentive host. Garage space great for small car. The walk up to the house is well worth the view and the serenity of the hillside. Def consult the hosts Instagram page for directions. Will stay again!"

"The property is on the first floor, you get get a spacious master bedroom and a good sized children’s bedroom with one set of bunk beds. The Living area has a dining table for 4 ppl, a sofa (which could turn into a sofa bed) and a nice, big TV. At the other side of this living area is the open kitchen which contains everything one needs. The owner even had put some beverages into the fridge, coffee and other essentials were also provided and the home baked biscuits on arrival were a very nice...

"My wife and I enjoyed a magnificent week enjoying the well manicured gardens, fabulous lake Como view, warm and inviting hosts Giovanni and Brunella and their tremendous Villa. We had previously stayed at Villa D’Este for our honeymoon and found that Sans Souci offered so much more for us. We enjoyed all the surrounding villages and restaurants and felt compelled to return to the villa just to relax and take in the views and sounds of birds and church bells. Truly one of our best vacation...

"It was a beautiful little rustic cabin and nice setting! I didn’t think to check if there was a washer or dryer and was slightly disappointed that there was none. However, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"The property is spectacularly situated, but is somewhat difficult to find, one has to cross the neighbours’ ground to approach. The appartment was reasonably tidy, but the furniture needs refurbishment. The lower compartiment is used for storage of garden equipment and is severely smelling (fuel damps of the grassmower) and can therefore not be used as a sleeping facility. The swimming pool was clean."

"The location and view were perfect for us. No toilet on first floor was an issue for us as was the lack of adequate seating for all guests in the living room. Lighting was very bad and mirror placement in master bath only works if you are over 6 ft tall. "

"Very nice apartment and very good location, but above all else, the communication was a good as it gets. They were also very accomodating when I requested to adjust the check-in time and also to use the luggage storage after I checked out. Highly recommend!"
