"The fridge was not working same for the Netflix, the sink was broken, the floor was full of black scratches and the bathroom started stinking so bad that we didn't want to use it anymore. "It is walking distance from a lot of restaurants. The room was ok. The bathroom was large. Upon entry there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. I tried airing out the room for a few hours. It didn't help."

"Close to public transportation and lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Communication was a bit tough prior to arrival but I did get all the info I needed by the morning of check-in. There's someone at the front desk (albeit a very small one with only 1 person working at a time) and can hold luggage prior to the check-in time. The rooms were clean and it was helpful to have an in-unit washer/dryer. Laundry detergent is available upon request."
