"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff all spoke english and were helpful with all my questions. I had to extend my stay two more nights due to a cancelled flight and the staff were very accommodating. They also helped me navigate the airport limo bus back to the airport on my last day. The hotel itself is also close to Coex mall, the metro, and several bus stops. Room was clean and housekeeping was very friendly and kind. The only downside of my stay is that I am always warm but was unable to adjust the temperature to a lower temperature for some reason. Not a huge deal as it was cold out during my stay and I was able to open the window in my room to let in the breeze and fresh air."
